After exploring the structure of a nucleosome, right click the image to open the JMOL Console. You can type commands into the console to change the appearance of the complex. Use some simple commands from Introduction to JMOL Scripting to select different parts of the molecule and change their appearance. These will not be saved, but you will get an idea of the purpose and power of different scripts that will be useful to you later as you build your own tutorial. To start with fewer features built in, you can try altering the JMOL structure only.
